Cloud Migration Foundations
Build the shared vocabulary and decision frame a migration needs before the first server moves: the 7Rs applied per application, discovery and dependency mapping, a TCO model finance will accept, and wave planning that respects the business calendar. Learners assess a sample estate, assign an R to each application with a written justification, and produce a first-wave plan with named risks.
